Exposure and Decluttering Therapy

  • 3-hour sessions

  • Face-to-face

  • A hands-on therapeutic process that combines decluttering, organisation, and talking therapy

  • Each session targets a specific area or set of cupboards/drawers, helping you:

    • Release attachment to objects

    • Build new habits of order and clarity

    • Create spaces that reflect your wellbeing and current values

  • Includes the Safety Box Method — for items you’re not ready to let go of yet, with follow-up challenges

Talking Therapy

  • 50-minute sessions (online or in person)

  • Focused on emotional wellbeing, self-acceptance, and building resilience

  • Specialisms include:

    • Stress-related conditions (anxiety, phobias, panic attacks, burnout, trauma, PTSD)

    • Emotional regulation (depression, emotional eating, self-harm)

    • Addictive behaviours (alcohol, substances, gambling)

  • Approach: integrating CBT, psychodynamic therapy, Gestalt, and environmental psychology
